11 AM Today: Two Cambodian Soldiers Returned by Thailand, Others Still in Procedure

Oddar Meanchey Province – As of 11 AM on August 1, 2025, two Cambodian soldiers have been handed back to Cambodia by the Thai side at the O’Smach international border checkpoint in Oddar Meanchey Province. The remaining soldiers are still undergoing formal return procedures, a live report from the scene by Fresh News’s senior correspondent confirms.

The two returned soldiers are:

• Second Lieutenant Tra Ang Euong, age 37
• Private First Class Mam Vutthy, age 53
