- An immediate, unconditional ceasefire will come into effect at 24:00 on 28 July 2025. This is a crucial step toward de-escalation and the restoration of peace and security.
2. An informal meeting of the Division Commanders (Thai First and Second Divisions and Cambodian Fourth and Fifth Divisions) will be held at 07:00 on 29 July 2025, to be followed by consultations with subordinate and affiliated military units, chaired by the ASEAN Chair, provided both sides reach agreement.
3. The General Border Committee (GBC) meeting between Cambodia and Thailand is scheduled for 4 August 2025, with Cambodia serving as host.
