1. Before releasing the F-16 fighter jets, permission must be sought from the US military.

2. It is forbidden to use the F-16 for aggressive operations.

3. Make sure that the conflicting country is a terrorist group and a rebel group.

If any country violates the EUA principles, the US will stop the sale of weapons and lead to sanctions.
